Andrew (Andy) Schlote

President & Chief Executive Officer of Sustainable Earth Energy.  Mr. Schlote is the founder of Sustainable Earth Energy and original designer of the Sustainable Power Station.  Mr. Schlote has previously been awarded nearly 30 U.S. and international patents and is currently filing additional patents on the gasification unit and new carbon capture technology. Andrew was previously CEO of Innovative Energy, where he raised $30 million and saw the development of high-speed turbines, combustion, heat exchanger and gasification systems. 

At Hussmann Corp, he worked in increasing levels of management and engineering responsibilities and also served as a superintendent for a team of 140 people involved in the production of refrigerated display case parts.  In addition to his managerial experience, Mr. Schlote has extensive experience in on-time and under-budget new product introductions.  He also developed the assembly process and assisted with a new prototype design for the Hussmann Protocol Refrigeration Unit, a design that was awarded the prestigious Corporate Mozart Award. 

Mr. Schlote has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla, an MBA from Webster University and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He is also a certified Novell Netware Systems Manager and a certified Time Study Analyst.
